This is NOT the ham I was talking about in my other posts. So there
IS
definitely MORE than
one instance (multiple instances) of this happening.

The FCC's excuse that hams with hoa restrictions "can just operate
mobile or portable" is
a bunch of hogwash and doesn't even hold water.

You do get fined by hoas if you operate a cb or ham radio mobile or
portable.

And several people have already said that the FCC has already stated
several times that the FCC does not have any authority over it.

Doesn't this mean that the FCC has committed the crime of fraud by
fraudently saying hams with
hoa restrictions can just operate mobile or portable?

So if you can't legally operate your cb or ham radio from home and
also can't
legally operate it mobile or
portable, how do you operate it?

click on the following link and read it.

p.s. I would have crossposted this to the hoa newsgroups also, but
every hoa newsgroup
I seen was "restricted to approved members only".

typical.

But then if you had anything honest to say, you'd be able to post it
in rec.radio.amateur.moderated -- a hogwash free zone.
