It looks like ham radio and ham radio equipment is now illegal in the
U.S.

Since ham radio can't be done without ham radio equipment.

And verification by other hams is proof that hams are terrorists.

The Federal government said so.

At least it seems to me like they were real hams.

Or am I wrong and they really were terrorists???

From the article, all I could see them carrying was the normal ham
radio equipment.

He claimed a ham contest.

Other people also claimed a ham contest. Which seemed to me to verify
his story. However, That verification was "proof" of "being
terrorists" as far as the federal government is concerned.

It also concerns me about non-ham safety back-up lights for cars,
which safety back-up lights really can
accidentally cause explosions in areas that say "no transmitting"
since there's no way to turn safety backup
lights installed on your car off.

Didn't bother to read the date of the article, did you, or did it mean
nothing to you?

They probably just don't want Ham operators in the states
talking about what's going on on the ground when the troops getting
ready for "civil unrest" hit the pavement. Imagine people in China
watching horrified as the US government proves it's more corrupt and
not as good at lying as the government of China.
