Because I was NOT talking on the radio while driving, I was so tired I
accidentally ended up passing a school bus with it's flashing lights
on. It's stop sign wasn't out or down yet, but it's still against the
law to pass a school bus when it's lights are flashing.

X-No-Archive: Yes

If I had been talking on the radio while driving, I would have been
more awake and more alert and not have accidentally passed the school
bus while it's lights were flashing. I would have been stopped in
time.

Thank you, al you idiots out there, especially in New York and
California and other states who make the roads MORE dangerous by
outlawing talking on two-way radios while driving unless you're a
policeman, so that drivers who are tired after a long day of work will
fall asleep at the wheel and cause accidents so the cities, counties
and statess can make more money by fining them instead of staying
awake so there's no accidents or less accidents.

But the states don't actually care about the safety of other people.
They just care about the money even if it causes other people injuries
and death or little kids to die.

I know about NYS and the cell phone policy. But hadn't heard
about CB. Please post a link to some thing about the policy.
I'm in NYS, and would like to know. I may be an illegal CB
operator, after all.
